Meet Nathalie
Hey all! My name is Nathalie and the “H” is silent. I’m the one on location making sure all details are in place to get your best shots. I look out for your hair, assist with wardrobe, and manage other ‘day-of’ photo & video needs. Once we have your footage, I’m in the cutting room assisting Philip with edits or managing BBB on the administrative end.
When I’m not being your hype-woman at shoots, I’m working on my career in administration and project management or working on my favorite things: Community Organizing & Philanthropy. In 2017, I founded Nellie’s Compass; a platform for women of color navigating through life. NC has since expanded into the field of curating events to help our people form meaningful & positive connections. My passion for social justice has led me to dedicate my time to causes such as mental health, as well as advocacy for black-owned businesses and neighborhoods being targeted by gentrification. I’m the lead facilitator of Little Sister Hangouts, a workshop for underprivileged girls in RedHook, Brooklyn. My hobbies include yoga, reading, music, and the arts.
Being born Black is my greatest privilege to date. My desire for our advancement is the reason why I decided to co-found Black Business Branding. We are capable of so much collectively and it is my honor to assist innovators & entrepreneurs however I can.
